WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY TIMES?

We ship all orders from Dungannon, Northern Ireland (UK) by Royal Mail Standard Delivery (1 to 3 working days), £3.95. Orders of £30 or more qualify for FREE delivery. Orders placed before 11AM (BST) are dispatched the same working day.

HOW DO RETURNS WORK?

As every item is personalised and made to order, we can only accept returns if an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect. In that case you have 30 days from delivery to email us at info@littlelilistore.com and we will put it right. For full details, please see our Refund policy, linked in the footer.

I'VE RECEIVED A FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDER. WHAT DO I DO?

We are sorry for the inconvenience. Please email us at info@littlelilistore.com with your order number and a photo if possible, and we will put it right. If an item is missing, email the same address with your order number and the missing item.

HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER?

Please email info@littlelilistore.com as soon as possible with your order number and the change you would like (size, colour, design or personalisation). We can only make changes before your order has been dispatched, and we cannot guarantee a change or cancellation will reach us in time, so please contact us quickly.

WHAT ARE YOUR OPENING HOURS?

We are open Monday to Friday, 9AM to 5PM.

CAN I VISIT YOUR SHOP?

We are an online business and do not have a physical shop at the moment.

DO YOU HAVE SIZE CHARTS?

Yes. A size chart is on every product page, via the size-chart button on the right of the screen. If you cannot find it, just message us.
