Orders of £30 or more after discounts qualify for free Royal Mail Tracked 24. Below £30, Royal Mail Standard costs £3.95, with a delivery aim of 1 to 3 working days after dispatch. See full delivery details.

Order before 11am UK time for same-working-day dispatch. At or after 11am, dispatch is the next working day. We dispatch Monday to Friday. Delivery time starts after dispatch, not when you place your order.

Check the size guide and available options on the product page before ordering. For a personalised design, double-check the spelling and details you enter. If you cannot find the information you need, ask us before ordering.

Pay securely at checkout using the available card, PayPal or digital-wallet options. Available methods can depend on your device and location. See payment information.

Email info@littlelilistore.com as soon as possible with your order number and the change you need. Changes depend on how far the order has progressed and cannot be guaranteed. Personalised orders may already be in production. Your statutory cancellation rights for eligible non-personalised items are unaffected.

Our 30-day return policy covers eligible non-personalised items. Items made to your specifications or clearly personalised cannot be returned just because you changed your mind. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are different: please contact us so we can help. Read the returns policy.

Email info@littlelilistore.com with your order number and what went wrong. A photo can help if something is damaged or incorrect. Please do not send an item back before contacting us for instructions. Your legal rights are not limited to 30 days.
