Fantastic customer service

I had an issue with the postage with my item and Royal Mail sent it back to the sender. I was panicking as I needed the item for a birthday. I immediately contacted customer service where Pat was so helpful even replying to my email on a weekend ( which I didn’t expect ) but was so grateful. My order was sent back out to me free of charge as soon as it arrived back to them and Pat keep me posted throughout with emails.
